We’re so excited to announce our biggest Young Suns update yet: Parts and Crafts! We’re still putting the finishing touches on this update, but we wanted to give y’all a sneak peek as a thanks for subscribing and for your support as we move through development!

You can play Young Suns right now on Xbox Game Pass as a Game Preview title while we finish up the Parts and Crafts update!

With over 150 new items and recipes, there’s a lot to cover! We’ve included a quick overview below, as well as a deeper look into some of the new things coming soon to Young Suns.

🌟 Update Highlights

• Crafting Stations: You can now build crafting stations directly on your ship, saving you a trip back to a station during your explorations!

• New Items: Two new furniture sets, new cosmetics, and decorative food items!

• Neighbors App: Keep track of which Jovians you’ve met through your scroll!

🛠️ Crafting Stations

Crafting is a huge part of Young Suns, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience. Rather than heading back to a station to craft items or change your appearance, you’ll be able to build crafting stations on your ship! Instead of gathering items and flying across the Jovian system, you can craft furniture, clothing, and even food in your very own home among the stars.

🛋️ Furniture

One of the things we love about Young Suns is the ability to decorate with friends, so creating a wide variety of furniture is crucial.

We’ve put together two new sets: Junkcraft, a bright collection of upcycled materials, and Classic, a warm and inviting set that’s sure to be, well, classic!

💇‍♂️ Cosmetics

Gaming is for everyone, and the cosmetics in Young Suns reflect that. We’ve added a new prosthetic arm option, new shoes, some new glove styles, and expanded our selection of hats, head coverings, and hairstyles!

🍰 Food

Thinking up all the sustainable and innovative ways Jovians would make food has been so fun, but we had to sneak a few of our personal favorites in, like toum with fries, quiche, and hummus. Decorate your ship with this beautiful spread! (Pun not intended!)

😄 Neighbors App

Met a cool Jovian? Of course you did! Open up the Neighbors app in your menu to read more about them, and keep track of who you’ve yet to become friends with.

Young Suns is in early, active development, which means we get to build this world with YOU! The Parts and Crafts update will be available soon on Xbox Game Pass as a Game Preview title. We’re thrilled to be on this journey with you! 🫶
